The ability to receive and act appropriately to owners and their concerns
is an attribute CMC prides itself in having. Usually, helping an owner convey their
concerns to the Board allows the owner an opportunity to be heard. In turn, the Board can
respond to the owner’s concerns appropriately. Especially when the situation is not within
the purview of the managing agent to facilitate their request.
