Through experience, Curtis Management has found that
a relationship of trust and understanding between the management agent and the
Board or Community is only achieved with the following:
- Open lines of communication with the Board of Directors and
the
community they serve.
- The ability to receive and
act appropriately to owner concerns. Usually, helping an owner convey
their concerns to the Board allows them the opportunity to be heard and the
Board can respond to their concerns
appropriately when it is not within the purview of the managing agent to
facilitate their request.
-
Flexibility &
resourcefulness when dealing with
special needs of the community.
-
Strong administrative skills which allow the agent to provide
appropriate advice to the Board.
